LIFETIME GUARANTEE - If for any reason you or your patient are unsatisfied with the Silent Sleep™ oral appliance, we will replace the tray at no cost to you. Additionally, you may return any unused items for a refund of the value of the returned goods within 30 days from date of purchase. Due to the nature of the product, once used we cannot accept returns.
